Personality is more important than intelligence. “it’s better to be a charmer than a smart ass ”, the world is estimated at
30 billion people come 2030 and its truly calls for a vivid idea of learning
how to get along with people in general or folk if you want to go ahead. And remember
move along, you will get to know much a long.
A case in point is member of the American society once was at his
holiday bored at home later someone he have
never had of sent him a mail to go for a hang out in Miami and the two met but
today are the greatest investment partners that the world have ever witnessed. Bill gates and peter dropped out of Harvard university to focus on Altair software
deal however much all were optimistic that the deal is a virgin one and will
determine much for their destiny but they didn’t imagine or project what the

Personality is an asset in the success game, people with personality are by their creation assertive, vivid, and focused.
And intelligence, along with critical thinking makes one think and has a realistic view of the world. How do you level your sense of your own value and importance, your ego is the determinant or more psychological way of weighing someone.
In the honest democracy, opportunity never share or honors
equality and in the real world today we have right parents and right family
backgrounds. Some people these days are born with the right parents or right
families. It’s said that “I was born in right decade, I was born in right state/province
or district, I was born in right country or continent” if you posses one of this
natural blessings then create a mark and build your ladder because many are
there who lack such right parents, right families and this breeds people who
work for others, who focus on climbing the ladders the lucky ones builds.
However if not one of those ,never stake your life in
praising Mr.X and Mrs.Y's success but just take time and think on how people
will rather praise your on what you have done for yourself, your people and the community. For instance in my local area Bunyoro Region in Uganda there existed a great king called Kabalega who gave hard times to colonialists and on record in the whole of the sub Saharan Africa. This king is always remembered for his braveness and the country still reaps from what he preserved for the future by resisting white for some good years and ended up changing a lot of their plans like shifting the capital city to Kampala yet their early plans they wanted Hoima to be the capital city so that they use it as a commercial center to give them easy access and cost effective strategy in exploiting oil in the region. Coming back to our topic because of the mighty and popularity Kabalega had so most of the Banyoro indigenous keep singing the successes of Kabalega calling themselves in local "omutabani wa kabalega,okusingwa ingwayo" meaning "The son of Kabalega, To coincide a defeated he rather die(Kabalega's slogan) " forgetting to work on building their own wonders and building on what he left to them but rather destroying even the little he had created.
Seize the opportunity when it comes. Focused people live lives of bigger dreams. This up bring them through their childhood as if they don’t fit staying with their age mates due to different aspirations and this sustains them in the world of brave idea generators, unfortunately they end up failing them. Go offer your dreams and clearly open and focus your sight. Dreams are always with us we sleep with them but remember are like figments of some ones never existed imagination. Big success starts as small deals and become big deals but dreams always start as big and more promising deals. Many dreamers which start big end up turning into fad.

Nelson Mandela at his old age managed to survive prison and later elected the president of South Africa. And there are still such saying of this context “am to young, am too old” people this is so ancient thinking. Remember "A closed mouth gathers no foot"
In nutshell we all work hard to gunshot success at an early age but sometimes issues don’t honor our initial plans and it takes time to find a ladder to climb or creating a ladder for others to climb.
Teenagers mind is significant as it solemnly takes fears of risking, the youth are open to new ideas and trends of social transformations so essential in creating a ladder for others to climb. On contrary old people, have a more grown up mind but we all get tired of doing something for a long time and our health may halt us. As if that one is not convincing enough grown up mind is apparently fully loaded with less flexibility in appreciating to new changes in technology and other managerial advancements.
